一、企业团训特点
　　1.根据客户公司行业特质，员工工作性质，员工现有水平确立培训预计目标，量身定制针对性课程。

二、企业团训流程
　　1.企业客户咨询：了解企业背景，企业培训的需求和目的等。
　　2.学员水平测试：由专业老师进行笔试和口试两项（约四十分钟）。
　　3.教学内容和教材的选定：教学内容将根据企业培训需求，教材根据学员测试结果进行编排。
　　4.专职教师配置：综合以上因素配置最合适的授课教师。
　　5.报价以及客户确定。

三、企业团训特色
　　定制课程：根据企业的需求量身定制的课程，组织员工集体的培训，以实用性强，周期短为特色，专业中外教相结合授课，师生互动，案例分析，分组讨论，个性发言等。 
　　普通课程：以中心现有的经典课程为主，学员来中心学习，适用于作为个别员工培训的需要。

四、企业团训模式
　　派遣老师：学校可按照企业要求，由我方选派优秀的中外藉教师上门，企业员工授课，时间根据企业的需求安排调整。
　　来校培训：企业可组织员工独立成班来校参加学习，每班人数、时间、课程设置、教学内容、师资安排等参照现有学校课程情况而定。
异地培训：学校根据企业要求提议培训场地，由企业决定。人数，时间，课程设置，教学内容，其他拓展，师资安排等参照学校课程情况而定。
